| We do not currently post reviews for private vacation rentals, tour companies, cruise lines, travel agencies or online booking sites, among others. If you think we are missing a category, please submit your review and we will save it until the category opens up or feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions. |
| If I return to a hotel for the second time, can I write another review for it? |
| Yes, however if we see a user submitting multiple reviews about the same property, and skewing our ratings we may contact you to remove or update a previous review. |
| Can I submit a review for a hotel, restaurant, attraction or location not listed on your site? |

| How long do reviews stay posted? |
| Removal from the site does not depend on age. |
| I was a little angry and submitted a really negative review, but now I don't really want it posted. Can you take it down? |

| How many points do I get for adding a review? |
| The point structure is: New Reviews - 15 Points Pictures - 20 Points per picture In addition to earning points from your reviews and their pictures you can earn additional points by adding your personal profile details and adding your picture. Adding your personal profile details - 10 points (one time only) Adding your profile picture - 20 points (one time only) |

| How many pictures can I add? |
| There is no limit, but excessive pictures or pictures that are not related will be removed and any points earned will be subtracted from your point balance. |
